PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the trouble for forming a coil and to reduce its cost by pinching a conductor which is wound in pancake shape by a plurality of pinching parts which project at a coil base and supporting the coil at the coil base with one touch. SOLUTION: Pinching parts 20b, 20h, and 20n of a coil base 1 are allowed to oppose conductors W, W, W located in whirl grooves 30, 30, 30 where the winding position of a conductor retaining tool 3 differs. By pressing the coil base 1 to the conductor retaining tool 3, the conductors W, W, W are pressed against the pinching parts 20b, 20h, and 20n, the area between opposing pinching pieces 20, 20 of the pinching parts 20b, 20h, and 20n is spread by the conductors W, W, W, the conductors W, W, W pass between the opposing pinching pieces 20, 20 and are engaged to the base part side of the pinching parts 20b, 20h, and 20n.
