PHOTOSENSITIVE COLORED COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION OF COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored compsn. for a color filter having high energy transducing efficiency, capable of reducing the number of processes without using a photomask and used for direct writing. SOLUTION: This photosensitive colored compsn. for a color filter used for direct writing with visible light laser contains a photosetting resin compsn., a coumarin sensitizer, a polymn. initiator and a colorant as essential components. The photosetting resin compsn. consists of a photosetting resin (a) having photosensitive groups which are crosslinked or polymerized by irradiation with light and ionic groups, an ethylenically unsatd. compd. (b) and at least one kind of binder (c) having ionic groups and the compsn. is based on the component (a) or a mixture of the components (a), (b). The amt. of the photosensitive groups is 0.2-7.0mol/kg in the total amt. of the components (a), (b), (c) and the amt. of the ionic groups is 0.2-3.5mol/kg.
