PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit having a wide output dynamic range by deriving a mixer output from the common output point of plural current mirror means. SOLUTION: The current of frequency-mixed signal is outputted by a double balanced bidifferential circuit 1 to which an input signal (7) and a local signal (6) are inputted. The differential currents of the bidifferential circuit 1 are respectively extracted by first and second current mirrors 2 and 3. The output current of the second current mirror 3 is inverted by a third current mirror 4 and extracted. Since the output currents of the second and third current mirrors 3 and 4 are supplied through an impedance element to a constant voltage source 5, the dynamic range of output (8) can be secured fully from ground to power supply voltage.
