SOLUTION: Thisα2 plasmin inhibitor deactivator can deactivate the plasmin inhibitory activity of a 2 plasmin inhibitor by using a quaternary ammonium salt of the formula ((n) is a number of 12-18; R<1> to R<3> are each methyl, ethyl or benzyl with the proviso that two of them are not a benzyl group; X is a halogen) (e.g. octyltrimethylammonium bromide, etc.) as an active ingredient with an extremely low concentration and is useful for measuring plasmin or plasminogen.
