FIELD: meat processing industry. SUBSTANCE: production line has two overhead transportation tracks for beef and pork and each is provided with suspended buckets with jaw-type grips, monorail scales with optical converters, and automated system for weighing and movement of suspended buckets along overhead tracks, and counting of beef and pork of various grades. This automated system incorporates drive unit of delivering rod-type conveyor, drive unit of completing device and electromagnetic lock connected to microcontroller located on weigher's desk. Input of microcontroller is connected with optical converters of monorail scales. Production line also has two turntables with trays for discharge of beef and pork to conveyor which is installed in front of sausage meat mixer for alternate delivery of meat and then pork into sausage meat mixer. Mixer is mounted on four tensometric supports. Mincing machine is of vacuum-type with regulated degree of sausage meat mincing. Turntables, conveyor, water metering pump, sausage meat mixer and mincing machine are controlled from desk of sausage-meat composition programming operator with personal microcontroller for operating aforesaid equipment according to technological cyclogram. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
