PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shock from occurring when switching a mode by setting a switching region between drive regions before and after switching and providing a means for generating a torque command value based on a switching coefficient at the switching regions. SOLUTION: A switching region is set between drive regions before and after switching when switching the drive regions in a region selection means 102 of a CPU 74 and a switching coefficient is generated by a switching coefficient generating means 103. A motor torque command value TM and an engine torque command value TE are generated by a torque command value generating means 105 based on the switching coefficient. Since the motor torque command value TM and the engine torque command value TE are changed based on the switching coefficient, a mode can be smoothly switched, thus preventing such shock as torque slip-out from occurring.
