PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To halve a tape winding work process and increase both of a heat radiation effect and a heat insulation effects by binding a wire harness with a tape having projections for forming an air layer in a gap between the projections and eliminating a soft tape as a cushion. SOLUTION: Columunar projections 3 having the prescribed height are engraved at intervals on one side 2 of a vinyl chloride tape 1 having small thickness and smooth surface, and wound around the external surface of a wire group W, so as to keep the projections 3 in contact with the external surface. The wire group W is thereby bound, and a wire harness W/H is formed. In this case, a gap is generated between the projections 3 and the wire group W to form an air layer. This air layer acts to insulate heat, and absorbs and reduce an interference sound occurring at the time of contact with a body. Also, the function of a cushion against contact with the body is provided to protect the wire harness W/H, and soft sheet as a cushion can be eliminated, thereby halving a sheet winding process. In addition, the projections 3 can prevent occurrence of a slip during a tape winding work, and the work can be easily implemented. |
