A rope connected to steel structures is connected to a hook(3). While transporting the steel reinforcement with a crane to a assembly point, if the steel structures hanging from the hook(3) is out of the assembly point, pressing a remocon(13) can transmit a motion signal to a motor control unit(12) and make the motor to rotate. And the movement of the steel structures can be confirmed by observing on-off motion lamps installed in the hook block. When the steel structures are in place, assembly work can be done. And the hook can rotate forward and backward to adjust the position of the steel structures.
