In the method for installing an actuator array for use of a displaying equipment of a projection shape which is composed of numerous actuators having signal electrode and ground electrode, the method comprises the processing steps of covering a lower surface of the actuator array with non-conductive adhesive by a given thickness, and hardening the rest portion excepting of part corresponding to the signal electrodes of the actuator array; removing a non-hardened part of the non-conductive adhesive to form a via-hole and expose the signal electrodes; filling up the via-hole with the conductive adhesive and hardening it; and etching the non-conductive adhesive by a given thickness, contacting the conductive adhesives with a contact pads of a driving substrate, and sealing its surroundings.
