A schedule management method for a facsimile machine inputs a schedule by using a facsimile machine, automatically informs the user of a corresponding schedule at a corresponding schedule time, and automatically prints a content of the schedule. The schedule management method includes the steps of: determining whether the input command is a schedule input key or a list key; if there is an input of the schedule key, storing a schedule time and schedule content to a schedule management memory area; if there is an input of the list key, printing a schedule list stored in the memory area; comparing a stored schedule time with a present time, and informing the user of a schedule content at a corresponding time.
