PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user who requests broadcast of the time required before the requested broadcast is started or the like by video images at all times. SOLUTION: When a voice responder 20 receives a broadcast request from a viewer, a host computer 11 judges whether or not the request code is valid by collation with a data base on an external storage device 12 and it is stored in a CPU memory inside the host computer 11 when it is valid. Further, the host computer 11 calculates the scheduled time required before the start of the broadcast or the scheduled broadcast start time based on the data base inside the external storage device 12 and it is developed in the CPU memory by character font data inside the external storage device 12, transferred to a telop synthesizer 15 and outputted through a broadcast means 16. |
