The manual keeping device of a facsimile is constructed by installing a manual keeping case(18) for keeping a manual as an instrumental use description and a guide(16) having an installment of the manual keeping case(18) so as to be slidable, under an instrumental main body(10); and by inserting the manual keeping case(18) into the guide(16) and assembling them so as to be slidable, thereby rapidly solving an instrumental breakdown and also preventing its breakdown in advance by completely acknowledging operational functions, that is, maximizing a working efficiency.
