The phase moving device of a hologram interference pattern is capable of accurately recognizing a checking object by using pure conversion information of the checking object as transform calculation data, through an interface controller. The phase moving device of the hologram interference pattern comprises: an interference pattern phase converting means for generating an interference pattern which is phase-converted; a pickup tube for converting the image signal of the interference pattern into a pickup image signal; a digitizer for detecting the pickup image signal; the interface controller for outputting a control signal in accordance with a moving signal inputted and a detected vertical synchronous signal; an interface means for interfacing the control signal; a host processor for controlling the whole system operations; and a piezoelectric element control means for outputting the moving signal in accordance with the control signal of the host processor to control the phase conversion of the interference pattern phase converting means by an arbitrary wavelength.
