PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and image forming device which suppresses variation in an amount of the charge of toner on a developing roller and uniformly sticks toner onto the developing roller substantially in a single layer. SOLUTION: The developing device 5 is equipped with the developing roller 8 which carries out development by selectively moving a part of toner 10, stuck to its periphery, to the periphery of a photosensitive drum 1, in a specific pattern corresponding to a latent image, and a developing-roller blade 9 which adjusts the thickness of a layer of the toner 10, formed on the periphery of the developing roller 8, by abutting on the periphery of the developing roller 8. The linear pressure of the contact of the developing-roller blade 9 which the developing roller 8 is 0.7-2g/mm. |
