PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device provided with section control function being simplified the registration work of the user code. SOLUTION: The user code of control is inputted by a key board 37 at the time of using the device. The device is composed of a RAM 44 for registering the user code of controlling the operation, a memory card connector 46 for writing the user code registered in the RAM 44 into the memory card, a touch panel 43 for registering the user code stored in the memory card to the RAM 44, and a CPU 31 for comparing the user code. Permission/non-permission is controlled based on coincidence/non-coincidence of this comparison. Inputting and the registration of the user code are simplified with use of the memory card. The burden of registration of the user code is reduce, particularly in the case of adopting the plural devices. |
