PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent transparency, impact resistance, especially impact strength after heat history and useful for sheet and packaging materials, etc., of IC case, etc., by dispersing a specific rubbery polymer mixture in a specific copolymer. SOLUTION: This composition is composed of (A) 4-30 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer dispersing as granular state of 0.1-2.0μm average granule diameter and 2.0-5.0 granule diameter distribution index into (B) 70-96 pts.wt. of a copolymer comprising 20-70wt.% styrene-based monomer and 30-80wt.% alkyl (meth) acrylate. The component A is obtained by mixing 70-98 pts.wt. of a block copolymer (A1 ) comprising 5-50wt.% polystyrene having 5%, styrene solution viscosity (η) at 25 deg.C of 3-40 cps, a ratio of weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to number-average molecular weight (Mn ): (Mw /Mn )=1.0-1.5 and 50-95wt.% polybutadiene with 2-30 pts.wt. of a random copolymer (A2 ) comprising 5-50wt.% havingη=40-100cps and (Mw/Mn)=1.5-3.0 and 50-95wt.% butadiene.
