The video transmission apparatus for preventing an outflow of transmission data is characterized by installing an encoding circuit(20) between a video processing part(12) and a line memory part(13) or between the line memory(13) and a coding/decoding part(14) or between the coding/decoding part(14) and a central processing unit(15) or in any one out of the inside of a MODEM(18) or the inside of the coding/decoding part(14), in order to encode data to be transmitted, whereby preventing a loss of information or an outflow of data and reducing a cost and an instrumental volume.
