PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developer capable of exhibiting releasability at a lower temp., having satisfactory anti-offsetting property, excellent in powder flowability, causing no blocking phenomenon and capable of giving an image excellent in rubbing strength without damage by a peeling claw at a fixing roll part. SOLUTION: This toner contains a bonding resin, a colorant and a lubricant made of modified polyethylene wax obtd. by graft-modifying an ethylene homopolymer obtd. by polymn. in the presence of a metallocene catalyst or an ethylene copolymer consisting of ethylene and 3-10Cα-olefin with a styrene monomer and/or an unsatd. carboxylic acid monomer.
