PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lubricating treated steel sheet having lubricity enabling forming with no application of oil and high electric conductivity required for electromagnetic wave shields and earthes and excellent in the corrosion resistance in the flat sheet and worked part. SOLUTION: This lubricating treated steel sheet is the one in which chromate coating contg. a lubricant of 5 to 120mg/m<2> coating weight expressed in terms of metallic Cr is formed on the surface of a plated steel sheet. This chromate coating contains phosphoric acid by the amt. so as to regulate the weight ratio of the H3 PO4 /Cr to 0.3 to 2, at least one kind of water soluble organic resin selected from acryllic series, urethane series, polyolefine series and polyester series by the amt. so as to regulate the weight ratio of the resin solid content/Cr to 0.5 to 20 and wax having 0.1 to 20μm average grain size by the amt. so as to regulate the weight ratio of the lubricity solid content/Cr to 0.01 to 5, furthermore contains, at need, fluorides by the amt. so as to regulate the weight ratio of F/Cr to 0.01 to 0.5, and contains no silica.
