The equivalent wall thickness wi at reference points P1-P10 of the die hole 51 is respectively calculated. The dimensions of the parts indicated by an arrow on each end can be determined by appropriately selecting the reference wall thickness w0 of the die holes and the reference opening width C0 of the flow guide opening part in accordance with the formula Ci =C0×(w0 -a1)/(wi -a1)/Yi . The flow speed of the metallic material inside the die hole can be optimized by the flow guide opening part of such a shape.
