The present invention relates to a machine for the continuous heat-welding together of webs of plastic and/or paper material in one or more mutual combinations. This machine is characterized in that it comprises two series of discs mounted and fixed on respective mutually parallel and counter-rotating shafts, the said two series each consisting of at least two discs, and at least one of the said two series of discs being provided with means of heating and in contact with the corresponding soft outer regions relating to the discs of the other of the said two series. Two or more webs arriving from supply means pass between the first series of discs and the second series of discs and are consequently heat-welded together to form tubes.
