PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of an electrode to be in contact with an injection needle and to stably perform a processing regardless of the diameter of the injection needle. SOLUTION: Roller-like electrodes 5 and 6 are rotated by a DC motor 2. Also, power is supplied through brushes 10a and 10b to the electrodes 5 and 6. When the tip of the injection needle N is brought into contact with a first roller-like electrode 5 and a part slightly on a root side from the tip part of the injection needle N is brought into contact with a second roller-like electrode 6, the part of the injection needle N held there between both electrodes 5 and 6 is melted by Joule heat. By pressing an injector so as to bring the injection needle N into contact with the electrodes 5 and 6 at all times, the large part of the injection needle N is melted. Since the first roller-like electrode 5 is in a tapered shape and the wide and narrow gaps of the electrodes 5 and 6 are formed, the part of the gap suitable for the diameter of the injection needle is used. Thus, maintenance is facilitated. |
