PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the blowout of an engine caused by the coupling delay of a clutch at the time of a restart. SOLUTION: The output shaft 11a of an engine 11 is provided with a power transmission system constituted of a motor generator 12 and a forward clutch 18. An electronic control unit(ECU) estimates the oil pressure of the forward clutch 18 at the time of the restart of the engine 11, regeneratively controls the motor generator 12 when the oil pressure is a prescribed value or below, and suppresses the blowout of the revolving speed of the engine 11.
