PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly functional, compact and highly economical waste water treating device by which a developer-contg. waste water is converted into the treated water harmless to organisms. SOLUTION: This device is provided with first, second and third bioreactors B1, B2 and B3 and a denitrification tank 24. The bioreactors B1, B2 and B3 are respectively furnished with the water-sprinkled reaction parts 3, 19 and 27 for treating an exhaust gas in the upper stage. The bioreactor B1 has a dipping part W1 in the lower stage. The dipping part W1 is provided with an aerobic upper part 59 and an anaerobic lower part 60, and the upper part 59 has a membrane filter 9. The membrane-concentrated liq. made by the membrane filter 9 is introduced into a mixing tank 14. The mixture of alcohol and membrane-concentrated liq. from the mixing tank 14 is introduced into the anaerobic lower part 60 along with a developer-contg. waste water to form a granulated sludge 12. Since the granulated sludge 12 has a high content of anaerobes, the waste water need not be diluted or treated with chemicals. |
