摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transmission of moving image data that causes the waste of the processing capability of a CPU, etc., and to transmit the moving image data at a proper moving image frame rate accordant with the present state by controlling the frame rate of the moving image data in response to the moving image reception rate set at the receiving side of the moving image data. SOLUTION: A moving image receiving module 102 waits for a packet to be received from a sending module 101 and then expands and displays an acquired moving image frame via a power video. The serial number information is given to the packet received from the sending side, and the omission of the serial numbers is checked so that the loss value of the serial number information is measured at the receiving side. The module 102 calculates the reception rate (received frame/received frame + lost frame) at every fixed time interval and reports the reception rate to a real rate information management module 103. Then the module 103 controls the frame rate of the sending side based on the reception rates received from plural modules 102 which are receiving the moving images.
