<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner excelling in removal efficiency of both dust and gas components by equipment constitution which is easy to maintain and is simple. SOLUTION: In mid-way of an air pass connecting an intake port 2 for sucking in fresh air and a discharge port 3, a gas-liquid contacting chamber 7 filled with an antibacterial contacting medium for bringing air into contact with liquid is installed. Above the gas-liquid contacting chamber 7, a liquid dispersing device 8 for dropping a liquid is installed. In the intake port 2, an ionizer 5 for electrifying contaminants in the air and an ozonizer 6 for generating ozone are installed. Above the gas-liquid contacting chamber 7, a demister 9 for removing excessive droplets in the purified air and a Peltier element cooler 10 for humidity control are installed. A liquid tank is replaceable.</p> |
