PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for fixing submarine cable connecting boxes which can collectively and efficiently fix a plurality of submarine cable connecting boxes in a state where the boxes are arranged in parallel at prescribed intervals. SOLUTION: The main body 10 of a frame which fixes a plurality of submarine cable connecting boxes 13 arranged in parallel at prescribed intervals is formed by assembling rigid members in a grid-like state in such a size that the boxes 13 can be arranged at the prescribed intervals. Cleats 11 which fix the boxes 13 to the main body 10 are provided on one surface of the main body 10 and hanging wires 12 are fitted to the outer edge section of the main body 10 at several points.
