PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infinite reactance change amount against the finite variable range of capacitance or inductance by parallelly connecting a first serial resonance circuit, for which a first inductance element and a first capacitance element are serially connected and either or both elements are variable, with a second serial resonance circuit connected in the same configuration. SOLUTION: When capacitance Cv is changed at a circuit for which the first and second serial resonance circuits (variable capacitors 1a and 1b and inductances L1 and L2) are parallelly connected, reactance X becomes '0' on the condition of Cv=1/ω<2> L1, 1/ω<2> L2 and susceptance B has a polarity. In this case,ωis an angular frequency. When the capacitance change range of variable capacitors 1a and 1b is Cmin<=Cv<=Cmax and the L1 and L2 are decided so as to satisfy Cmax=1/ω<2> L1 and Cmin=1/ω<2> L2, by changing Cv within the range from Cmin to Cmax, the reactance X can be changed from '0' to +∞and from -∞to '0' and the susceptance B can be changed from -∞to +∞. Thus, they can be changed in the infinite range.
