PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the elongation of a construction period of the troublesome assembly of the kitchen as a site by assembling a kitchen unit. SOLUTION: A kitchen unit 20 installed astride boxed building units 10a, 10b is constructed by parts A, B split with a boundaryαbetween the building units 10a, 10b to differentiate the height levels of the each other neighboring portions of the parts A, B. The split part A is assembled in the building unit 10a in a factory to do less site assembling work. If a level difference occurs in the building units 10a, 10b due to mounting error, the level difference can be absorbed by the level difference of the kitchen unit 20 so that the kitchen unit 20 can be easily assembled.
