PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connection between devices or circuits for handling high frequency signals satisfactorily with an inexpensive means. SOLUTION: A planar antenna 1 for reception is provided on a first substrate 2. Besides, a circuit device such as a reception circuit 4 for handling high frequency is provided on a second substrate 3. Further, a substrate 6 to form a strip line 5 is provided between these first and second substrates 2 and 3. Then, the planar antenna 1 on the first substrate 2 and the circuit or device such as the reception circuit 4 for handling high frequency on the second substrate 3 are connected through the strip line 5 on this substrate 6. |
