Bean sauce is produced by frying soybean paste in edible oil or boiling it so it can be poured onto various foods and eat it. The bean sauce using soybean paste is produced as the following steps. (1) Fry soybean paste 10 weight %, hot pepper paste 6 weight %, and soybean flour 5 weight % with animal or vegetable oil for 5 to 10 minutes at about 60 to 100 . (2) Heat up the above mixture for about 10 minutes with pork or beef, fishes and shellfishes, potato and small amount of salt, water, pig bone concentrated extract or cow bone concentrated extract. (3) To the above mixture, add onion and squash and reheat up for about 10 to 20 minutes and then mix it with starch. (4) After the mixing, mix proper amount of sesame oil, garlic, sodium glutamate, sodium inosinate.
