DIELECTRIC MAGNETIC COMPOSITION

摘要

A dielectric magnetic compound is disclosed. The dielectric magnetic compound is characterized in that BATIO3 which Ba/Ti ratio is in range of 1.0 and +-0.1% is added by one selected from the group composing of Co2O3, Nb2O5, MnO2, rare earth type oxide materials as well as BaCO2. Thereby, volatile characteristic is prevented, resulting in providing the magnetic compound having a low dielectric rate.
