(1) The ficin solution is extracted from the medium layer of the centrifuged liquid under a 4 deg. C Ficus carica L latex, the kind of a fig, at the speed of 20,000rpm through centrifugation for 1 hour. (2) Add sodium chloride to the extracted ficin solution for the purpose of making 0.01M cysteine solution and 2M sodium chloride solution and dilute the produced solution by a fifty-fold distilled water. (3) Add 0.042mg/100ml potassium chloride, 0.024mg/100ml calcium chloride, 0.01-0.03mg/100ml sodium bicarbonate and 0.1-0.25mg/100ml glucose to the above-mentioned distilled solution. |
