<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an earth accident, electric shock accident, etc., caused by the contact with a cross arm, etc., by a terminal of a lead-in wire in a wiring work of the lead-in wire which is conducted on a pole. SOLUTION: A plurality of cuts 6 are made in the longitudinal direction in an end of an opening of a cylinder body having a bottom 2 through which a lead-in wire Wa is passed and thereby split pieces 7 are formed. By this, a cap main body 1 which has a trumpet-shaped insertion port 3 is formed. Then, a sleeve 8 of a specified length is slidably put on the insertion port 3. With the lead-in wire Wa being inserted into the cylinder body having a bottom 2 from the insertion port 3, the sleeve 8 is slided toward the insertion port 3 and thereby the lead-in wire Wa is tightened and finally the cap main body 1 is fastened to the end of the lead-in wire Wa.</p> |
