<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric shock by providing a scaffolding metal fittings cover with a scaffolding metal fittings locking section and connecting a pole provided with a lever with a key, a string, and a pulley to the scaffolding metal fittings locking section and letting a person in charge operate the key of the lever with a key. SOLUTION: A scaffolding metal fittings cover 1 is provided with a scaffolding metal fittings locking section 2. A lever with a key 4 and a pulley 5 are installed on a pole 3. The scaffolding metal fittings locking section 2 and the lever with a key 4 are connected with a string 6. When using this device, a switch is turned off and then the string 6 is tied to a scaffolding metal fittings. The scaffolding metal fittings cover 1 is installed on a scaffolding to which the string 6 is tied. A key of the lever with a key 4 is kept by the person in charge for the job. After the job is finished, the person in charge releases the lever with a key 4 and then grips the lever 4 and thereby releases the scaffolding metal fittings locking section and then takes off the scaffolding metal fittings cover 1 from the scaffolding metal fittings and unties the string 6 and turns the switch on. By this method, persons concerned in the job are prevented from suffering an electric shock.</p> |
