Disclosed is an apparatus to manufacture spiral tubes. The apparatus comprises forming rollers(30, 30a), a roe-deer foot(60), a pair of press rollers(40, 40a), a winding roller(50), a forming plates(11), a sensor and a cutting apparatus(80). The forming rollers(30, 30a) forms curve portions(21, 22) on each side of the thin object plate(20). The roe-deer foot(60) guides the plate(20) to duplicate the curve portions(21, 22). The press rollers(40, 40a) presses and attaches the curve portions(21, 22). The winding roller(50) winds the plates spirally. The forming plates(11) has many arcs(13) on the virtual reference line is between the forming rollers(30, 30a). Each arcs(13) has many combining holes(12). The sensor senses the length of winded plates. The cutting apparatus(80) cuts the spiral tube according to a control signal from the sensor. Thereby, the cutting procedure is performed without stopping the winding, so that productivity and quality are improved.
