Disclosed is a multi-stage placard attaching apparatus including 2 props having rails, a supporting means which consists of a first shaft and a second shaft, a means which supports the supporting means, an operation means which raises a roller on the rails and has hinge pieces, a first rotation shaft which is installed in the first shaft and raises/drops the operation means, a second rotation shaft which is installed in the second shaft and connected to the first rotation shaft and a chain driving tool, and a driving means which rotates the first and second rotation shafts. Thus, an unnecessary human power loss can be reduced.
