Spiked folding road block

The road block has a girder (1) with plates (2) fastened along its length. At least one spike (3) juts out over the road. This spike is uniformly inclined to the girder's plane along the girder's length. The spikes can either all incline to the same side, or alternately incline from one side of the girder to the other. The spikes are supported on the plates.
