In the private switching system having a central processing unit(2), a system memory(3), a switching memory(4), a ton controller(5), a transit part(6), a message interface(7), a subscriber controller(8), a subscriber circuit(9), a power part(10) and a ring power part(11), the station subscriber intercom in the private switching system is characterized by the construction that a station number memorizing table(TA-TH) for keeping the station intercom subscriber information of respective station subscribers(A-F) is determined at the system memory(3), to memorize the shortened station information of the station subscribers in the switching system itself and thereby enable to utilize a private intercom function only with a general telephone.
