A message transmission interface module of an electronic exchange functionally divides a message transmission among a plurality of local processors by using an interrupt signal, and enhances a transmitting/receiving speed of a data. The message transmission interface module includes: a memory address indicating circuit for selecting a clock and an address, and indicating an address of a memory; a memory data connection circuit for selecting a data of a main processor and a message of a local processor, and connecting the data to the data of the memory; an enable signal generator(70) for determining a data selection time; a local processor verifier(80) for determining a number of a local processor.
