The present invention is about artificial hatching with oxygen blowing coal dust in blast furnace to predict exact blast required oxygen quantity as coal dust species in blast furnace operation blowing coal dust.The present invention comprise a process of analysis content of volatile constituent in air blast coal dust and estimating numbers of mole of proper oxygen atom in air blast/numbers of mole carbon atom in coal dust by substituting content of analyzed volatile constituent in formula(5); a process of determining required oxygen quantity in air blast as coal dust species after estimating numbers of mole of carbon in said coal dust by analysis and calculating numbers of mole oxygen atom in air blast by substituting in formula(5).
