Process for preparing photosetting type urethane acrylate oligomer with excellent flexibility and charge preventing capability which comprising reacting polyol or polyester polyol with diisocyanate, followed by additional reaction with polyalkylene glycol macromer. Urethane acrylate oligomer is produced by reacting polyol or polyester polyol such as polytetra hydrofuran with a isocyanate functional group such as isoporone diisocyanate, 4,4'-dicyclohexyl methane-diisocyanate followed by additional reacting another isocyanate functional group with glycol macromer such as mono acrylate.
