The present invention is about an apparatus for material blend and discharge of organic fertilizer to improve quality enhancement and prevent environmental pollution. An apparatus for material blend and discharge of organic fertilizer comprise apparatus for storing and transportation of animal excretions which consist of opening and closing apparatus installed in the base of both side of hopper and transportation apparatus installed under opening and closing hole of both side of opening and closing apparatus; apparatus for storing and transportation of sawdust which consist of opening and closing apparatus installed in the base of both side of hopper in said apparatus for storing and transportation animal excretions and transportation apparatus installed under opening and closing hole of both side of opening and closing apparatus; apparatus for transportation of mixture which screw was installed inside of housing opened it's the upper side.
