A computer large drawing scanning input device contains scanning means (2) driven by motor (3) and feeding paper means made of motor and feeding paper roll. In the present invention, at corresponding position of feeding paper means positioning under paper and upon paper there is provided intermittent clamping means. The invention has advantages, has simple construction and quick scanning speed and precise scanning input image.
