Electric plug connector with contacts and insulated casing

The plug connector (1) comprises a locking system for a complementary plug connector, and an ejector mechanism for the release of the two connectors, using a spring element (11) in case of faulty, or incomplete locking. The locking system is formed by a locking arm with an arrester lug engaging a corresp. aperture in the complementary plug connector on the linking of the two plug connectors. Pref. the locking arm is coupled to the insulating casing (3) at its end facing the complementary plug connector. At the end, away from the latter, it contains a delocking key for the arrester lug, and thus for the first connector release.
