A method for manufacturing a light way controller of a projection type of image displaying system is disclosed. The method comprises a step of making a ceramic wafer; a step of coating a first and a second wax layers on an upper and a lower sides of the ceramic wafer; a step of forming a first groove at the lower side of the ceramic wafer, coating a first conductive layer at the inside of the first groove, and filling a first conductive adhesives; a step of forming a second groove at the inside of the ceramic wafer at a right angle to the first groove and filling a non-conductive adhesives; a step of forming a third groove at the inside of the ceramic wafer, coating a second conductive layer at the inside of the third groove, and filling a second conductive adhesives; a step of removing the first wax layer and establishing the ceramic wafer on the surface of the plate; a step of removing the second wax layer and coating a reflection screen on the ceramic wafer; and a step of cutting the ceramic wafer following the second and the third grooves to limit MxN number of actuators and for commonly grounding the second conductive layer with a metal line.
