摘要 |
The invention concerns a flexible process for the production of homogenous sodium percarbonate particle or granules. According to the invention, an aqueous solution comprising up to 50 % by weight hydrogen peroxide and solid soda is used to prepare a reaction mash with a medium to high solid content. This reaction mash, which may if necessary be reduced by wet crushing to a fine powder, is then immediately subjected to short-term drying, preferably spray-drying, and possibly also granulation. This process makes it possible efficiently to produce homogeneous sodium percarbonate particles or granules with a variable active oxygen content of between 10 and 14.5 % by weight and of a wide range of particle size and bulk density.
