The head (1) of the toothbrush has a grip (2). It has an inner tube (3), and a screw-on closure (4). The head is screwed to the top of a toothpaste tube via the closure. The inner tube may be squeezed to make toothpaste flow outwards from the inner tube to the head of the toothbrush. This gives an instant supply of toothpaste when needed.
