<p>A Fas ligand solubilization inhibitor which comprises as the active ingredient a compound represented by general formula (I) having a matrix metalloprotease inhibitory activity or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. This drug is useful in the prevention or treatment of diseases caused by solubilized Fas ligands such as hepatitis, GVHD, AIDS and autoimmune diseases.</p> |
