<p>A cyclone device is described which comprises a housing having a wall (2) which defines a cyclone chamber (3) in the housing, an inflow (5) to the cyclone chamber, a bottom outflow (6) and a central outflow (7) located opposite the bottom outflow connected to a vortex-amplifying outflow pipe (8). To improve the separation process in the cyclone, a partially delimited annulus (10) is provided in the cyclone chamber upstream of the inflow (5) and around the outflow pipe (8). This annulus has an open annular slot (11) along the housing wall (2) towards the rest of the cyclone chamber (3).</p> |
